Rafilù can host up to 10 people. From the 5th passenger, a surcharge applies per extra person (the amount can vary by tour— it is around €20 —see the selected tour details).

Meeting point is Via San Biagio 1, Bellagio at the dock (Pescallo area), on the right of Hotel La Pergola when facing the lake. If you arrive by car, there’s parking about 200 meters before the meeting point (note the limited traffic area after the parking)
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe (strong wind, storms, low visibility), the tour won’t run. You can reschedule to the next available date/time, or get a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible. If weather is only mildly uncertain, we’ll confirm close to departure time.
