Rafilù is fitted with every comfort you might need, such as Bluetooth stereo system, restrooms, and a sundeck. Each tour includes a complimentary Italian aperitive with Prosecco and freshly baked focaccine Skipper, insurance, fuel included.

Our rate is 260 € with a minimum cruise time of 2 hours. The boat can host up to 10 people; from the fifth passenger, a surcharge will be applied to each extra person.

ABOUT US

We are Federico and Cristina. In January 2019, we saw our dream boat, an Alpa 38, and decided that it was the right moment to start our new adventure. Shortly after, we created Bellagio Yacht Experience. After a bit of TLC and a few upgrades, Rafilù was finally ready to set sail.

Sailing is the perfect activity to relax and have fun while enjoying the astonishing beauty of Lake Como. Every tour is uniquely tailored to fit our customers’ needs and desires, making them feel cocooned and part of our family.

Federico has 10 years of experience as a sailing instructor on the lake, besides being a crew member on vintage vessels during historical regattas. He also served as 2nd officer on a tall ship cruising the Mediterranean. He is a proficient mechanic, an expert restorer of vintage boats, a professional diver, and last but not least, the skipper of Rafilù.

Besides being an expert sailor herself, Cristina is also the creative mind behind Bellagio Yacht Experience. Thanks to her incredible eye for detail and tasteful touch, she will ensure every aspect of your experience is perfect. When renting our gozzo, she will tell you the best spots to enjoy the lake as well as some helpful driving advice.

We will do everything possible to make your tour, wedding, birthday, or event unforgettable and to show you the hidden gems of Lake Como.

What’s included in the tour?

Every tour includes a complimentary Italian aperitif with Prosecco and freshly baked focaccine. Skipper, insurance, and fuel are included.

Where is the meeting point?

We are in Via San Biagio 1, Bellagio at the dock on the right of Hotel La Pergola looking in front of the lake.These are the directions if you are on foot from Bellagio Town.

If you’ll arrive by car there’s a parking just 200 meters on the right before the meeting point. Note that after the parking there’s a limited trafic area.

How long are the tours?

We offer different durations depending on the experience: 2 hours (e.g., Centro Lago / Sunset), 3 hours (Sailing Tour), 5 hours (Boat day with Restaurant), and 3 or 4 hours for Villa del Balbianello (garden only vs garden + guided villa tour). We can also create Custom Tour based on your requests

How many guests can join the boat?

Rafilù can host up to 10 people. From the 5th passenger, a surcharge applies per extra person (the amount can vary by tour— it is around €20 —see the selected tour details).

What comfort/features does Rafilù have on board?

Rafilù is equipped with a Bluetooth stereo system, restrooms, and a sundeck—designed for comfort during the experience.

Can we customize the itinerary?

Yes. With the Personalized Tour, you can decide how long to stay on the boat and what you want to do (e.g., sailing, swimming, discovering villas and towns).

Can you arrange food and special occasions (proposal, birthday, etc.)?

Yes. You can request brunch/lunch/dinner on board and add services like flowers or cake via the request form. The site lists food starting prices (e.g., Personalized Tour: brunch from €20, lunch from €40, dinner from €60; and Food Special: brunch from €25, lunch/dinner from €80). For events, the site also mentions options such as custom cakes, floral arrangements, private chef, and night cruises with music and drinks.

What happens if the weather is unsafe?

Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe for boating (for example strong wind, storms, or low visibility), we will not run the tour. In that case you can choose between:

Rescheduling your experience to the next available date/time (we’ll help you find the best alternative), or
A full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible for you.

If the weather is only mildly uncertain, we’ll stay in touch close to departure time and confirm the final go/no-go based on safety.
